House for Rent in Sperlonga
Our wonderful hill-top house with stunning sea views is situated half way between Rome and Naples. The large house is only a 10 minute drive to "Blue Flag" sandy beaches of the enchanting town of Sperlonga. The beaches stretch for miles and are ideal for young children with shallow waters.
The house is set in its own large gardens in an idyllic setting and very private with 360º views from the roof terrace. There is a large swimming pool with shaded area and olive trees. There is an arched, covered terrace to all four sides of the house providing shade and somewhere to relax on one of the hammocks. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 adults. There is a well equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher and a washing machine in the main bathroom. The house is very child friendly with a range of books and toys and a large selection of DVDs/videos. There is also a cot and high chair. For the adults there is also a full size pool table, full size outdoor table tennis table, giant chess set on the roof terrace, Playstation, telescope and a range of DVDs/videos.
The house is off the beaten track and a car is essential offering scope to sightsee and explore the real Italy.
